Introduction

ENHANCE Project Consortium built the ENHANCE App as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by ENHANCE Project at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to user’s email address, name and title. All personal information is stored on the user’s device. The app also provides “guest” account, which enables using the Service without providing any personal details. Only statistical, non-identifiable information are collected and uploaded to ENHANCE database, which operates under University of West Attica domain. The information that we collect will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy. The app provides the option (setting) to stop statistical data collection at any time.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. In this version of the application, all personal data remain on the user’s device. User passwords are stored in encrypted format. The remote database which stores statistical data, operates under University of West Attica domain, following the privacy policy and security measures of the institution.
